this is a module i developed for a couple different weird purposes, most of which i've forgotten. you can see it in action at http://networkpope.com. there are examples in the tarball on how to use it. currently it contains a module for telling fortunes with the i ching (yarrow and coin) and runes (elder futhark). it is generally useless, but entertaining!
